Jason has more than a dozen years’ experience leading a wide variety of operational changes. He has successfully led teams through change resulting from the introduction of new systems and processes, management reorganizations, financial restructurings, globalization and post-merger integration. With a solid track record for building change support and facilitating adoption, Jason helps companies reduce resistance to change creating agile and flexible organizations that can quickly capitalize on opportunities.
Taking a hands on bottom up approach to his consulting engagements, Jason believes that it is only by understanding and addressing the impact of change on the people of an organization that you can truly create lasting impact. His ability to connect with all levels within an organization helps Jason bridge communication gaps. Known for building trust and cohesion between disparate groups, Jason is a powerful mediator and uses his skills to gain support and build strong change support.
Jason has led changes resulting from corporate reorganizations, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, technology implementations and workforce globalization. Awarded the AT&T Dimensions of Leadership Award for his leadership during integration with enterprise customers such as Blockbuster, Target, Hyatt Hotels and Bank of America, Jason is well respected as systemic thinker and planner.
Jason is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals since 2011. He is also a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Chesapeake Regional Technology Council and serves on the Anne Arundel Community College’s Business Advisory Board.
Jason holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in Psychology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. He holds certifications in organizational change management and leadership from Cornell University and Prosci. In addition to his focus on organizational change, Jason is certified in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks, CompTIA’s Network+ and is a certified expert in Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) standards.
