Offers a 3 day intensive course and certification program in change management principles developed by Jeffrey M. Hiatt. The ADKAR method teaches a flow of change that requires moving through 5 phases of change in order, Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement.

eCornell’s Change Leadership Certification
Consisting of 6 two week online courses, the eCornell program is based on the work of Professor Samuel B. Bacharach at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. The program guides students through Developing an Agenda for Change, Mapping the Political Terrain of Allies and Resistors, Negotiating Support and Buy-In for Your Agenda, Mobilizing the Coalition for Action, Establishing Momentum and Sustaining Momentum.
